Hybrid Legal Support and Office Support Provider, Bookkeeper

Stephanie is a Hybrid Legal Support and Office Support Provider at RLC, providing a hybrid of paralegal, legal assistant and regulatory coordinator services at RLC, assisting with research, and the preparation and filing of regulatory submissions, since 2008. She has assisted in hearings before the Alberta Utilities Commission, the Alberta Energy Regulator and the National Energy Board as well as with submitting applications to these regulators. She also aids in hearing preparation and assists with navigating facility applications and complex hearing proceedings.

Stephanie acts in a regulatory coordination role for a group of US and British Columbia utility companies, managing group administrative matters, facilitating meetings and following issues of interest before the National Energy Board.

Stephanie assists in preparing the Energy Regulatory Report, RLC’s monthly newsletter summarizing matters under the jurisdiction of the Alberta Energy Regulatory, the Alberta Utilities Commission and the National Energy Board and proceedings resulting from these regulators’ decisions.

In addition, Stephanie also performs the accounting and managerial duties for the RLC team.
