Our Story
RLC was first established in August 2008 as Jeffrey, Twyman, LLP Regulatory Law Chambers by Rosa Twyman and Paul Jeffrey (the current Honourable Justice Paul Jeffrey). Rosa carried on the firm as Regulatory Law Chambers (RLC).
In its 15 years of operation, RLC has represented numerous companies in Canada’s energy sector, including advising and acting in electricity, oil & gas, pipelines, and water utility matters. RLC represents clients in proceedings before the Alberta Utilities Commission, the Alberta Energy Regulator, the Canada Energy Regulator, the Courts, and in arbitrations and mediations.
