In August 2008, Rosa Twyman founded the energy boutique regulatory law firm, Jeffrey, Twyman LLP Regulatory Law Chambers, with
Paul Jeffrey, who was appointed as a Justice of the Court of Queen’s Bench in May 2009. The firm has carried on under the name Regulatory Law Chambers.
RLC’s focus remains energy regulatory law matters, including acting on behalf of and advising clients in electricity, and oil and gas matters and representing
clients in proceedings before the Alberta Utilities Commission, the Alberta Energy Regulator, the National Energy Board, the Courts, and in
arbitrations and mediations.
RLC celebrated its 10 year anniversary during August 2018 and continues to be dedicated to providing exceptional service in a purposeful, practical, effective and fun manner, with the objective of creating successful outcomes for energy regulatory clients.
